Refund Policy

The fee for a requested session must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the time proposed for the session. The session is confirmed only after the full fee has been received by us.

A confirmed session can be canceled or rescheduled by the customer any time up to three hours in advance without any charge. For sessions canceled within three hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee applies. A session is considered a no-show if the customer has not requested a cancellation and fails to join the session within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Refund for cancelled sessions, after deducting the cancellation fee (as noted above) and payment partner charges, if any, is issued into the original payment method within 3 business days of the cancellation request received by us. The refund, once issued, will reflect in your original source of payment (that is, the bank account or credit/debit card used to make the payment) within 5-7 business days.
